This contract contains theme sales over www.aktifbilisim.com.tr , www.whmcstema.com , www.aktiftema.com , www.whmcslisans.com sites.

1. Purchased theme can not be sold by a person or institutions to another person or institutions in any justification.

2. Purchased whmcs themes over Aktif Bilisim can not be refunded or changed with another product.

3. If the domain name of purchased theme changes, it must be reported to Aktif Bilisim.

4. Selling or even indicating of Aktif Bilisim Copyrighted products by showing source is completely forbidden.

5. Requested theme's cost must be advance pay and cash.

Aktif Bilisim must not share customer's informations that collected by technical support to 3rd party person.

7. Technical support of products that have errors in html, css and smary structure is supplied for free.

8. Special support such as design placement is charged with a custom price.

9. Customers that bought ready themes is not shown as a referance

10. Aktiftema logo and links located in designs removal is optional for customer, but theme name can not be changed.

11. Aktif Bilisim has rights reserved for changing stocks (including special stocked themes) and pricing.

12. Aktif Bilisim does not give smarty support, but gives support about compatibility between whmcs versions of sold themes.

13. All customers buying the services on this site agree to these terms and conditions.

14. Purchased theme, custom design or custom design for purchased theme or other works does not include money refund absolutely.
